Engineering

Envisage engineers have capabilities for anything from seating and interior/exterior trim to closures & sealing; assessing ergonomics and packaging of components, taking complex concepts and making them work. With years of experience drawn from working across multiple sectors, including every class of vehicle from city cars through to one off supercars, our engineers haven’t found a problem yet that they haven’t been able to solve.

CMF

Colour, Material and Finish (CMF) Design plays a crucial role in creating memorable product experiences, and the development of a brand’s identity, through careful selections to balance functionality and visual appeal. Envisages designers support the application of traditional and modern materials and colour in any project. Our team undertake research, source materials, and work closely with other departments to deliver innovative solutions.

Electronics

The Electronics team offer a breadth of capabilities from providing interior and exterior lighting and pre-production testing, to EV Systems and Bespoke automation. They carry out Research and Development on pre-production and mobile applications as well as UX Development using HMI technologies and display & image manipulation.

Trim

Very few companies have a trim studio as an in-house service. Envisage offer a full trim service and are well placed to offer clients everything they might need for their projects under one roof. Our trimmers have over 85 years combined experience, bringing specialist expertise to support our global clients across a multitude of sectors.

Paint

Our Paint Development team use their experience and the latest technologies to deliver the best possible result. The team works to develop and deliver paint colours, finishes, and textures for everything from prototypes and show models to bespoke products and paint swatches.

CNC

We can deliver a wide range of CNC services from small jigs, fixtures, and scale models to tooling programmes. With many years of experience in delivering full size properties, models, prototypes, components and environmental cubes; using a range of lightweight model board, steel, clay, and foam materials, our team ensures your requirements are delivered with precision.

Build Studios

Envisages modellers and studio personnel are highly skilled, making them hard to beat when taking ideas from design through to product launch and beyond. Our in-house capabilities include, but are not limited to, building show vehicles, concepts, e-cubes, and tooling fixtures for a variety of industries from automotive to aerospace.

Metal Forming

Envisage Metal Forming team are experts when it comes to meeting our clients’ briefs, whether that is restoring a classic car to its original state, reimagining it for modern context, or handcrafting something completely bespoke. Our highly skilled team combine the essence of tradition by hand shaping metals with modern techniques to preserve automotive heritage.
